MP backed car smoking ban
Number 10 said this week that the ban will come into force before the next general election in 2015.
The vote - passed by 376 votes to 107 - will mean it will become illegal to smoke in a car where a child is present.

Hide AdThe British Medical Association has campaigned for a ban since 2011 saying that second hand smoke causes considerable harm to children who are exposed to it.
Opposers of the move say it will be impossible to police and enforce but supporters say that won’t be the case.
Research indicates thatsmoking in a car creates a higher concentration of toxins than in a bar , some projects claimit is up to 11 times higher.
